Apartment-4s_20211116-003121_1

The northern part of San Tan Valley has been in the middle of many development discussions over this past year.  This area is front and center again, as Snowdon Partners is requesting to rezone this site, at Kenworthy and Ocotillo, for single-family for rent residential development, aka apartments.

Snowdon intends to submit applications to Pinal County requesting the following changes:

  1. Rezoning from Single Resdience CR-3 to Multiple Residence (CR-5/MR)
  2. Planned Area Development overlay and
  3. Minor Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the San Tan Valley Special Area Plan from Suburban Neighborhood to Community Center, in order to develop the site with approx 269 new apartments. The apartments will be a mix of one and two stories.

As required prior to all application submissions, a neighborhood meeting is being held. Due to COVID-19, the meeting is being held virtually, Monday November 29, 2021 at 6pm. All are welcome to attend, however you are asked to register at bcattorneys.zoom.us before the November 29th meeting. Questions during the meeting will be permitted.
